Back in the Saddle Brew
This is a beer named for my first attempt at brewing after a 5 year hiatus. The recipe is of my own creation and is intended to be modeled after a basic British Pale Ale. It uses light malt for the foundation of the recipe with a little amber malt for added color and body. Fuggles hops are used for bittering and Kent Golding hops for aroma.

Nice color and body but a little too carbonated. Tastes ok, next time I'll try a different yeast and maybe only 1/2 to 3/4 cup sugar for priming.
